What is your COVID policy?
COVID policies vary depending on the show/artist. If there is a requirement, it will be listed on the individual event on our website, on the ticketing page and the Facebook event page. We encourage anyone consider attending shows to be fully vaccinated/boosted or get a negative COVID test to be safe. Masks are also strongly encouraged while inside the venue.
How do I buy tickets?
Our Box Office is currently open Saturdays from 12pm.- 6pm. To buy online, you can search for the event on www.Etix.com or simply click "Tickets" next to the event on our website. Click here for Etix FAQ.
Why am I being charged a service fee and how much is it?
The service fee will vary depending on the event, the face value of the ticket, and the delivery method chosen. The handling and service fees pay for ticket stock, credit card service charges, ticket distribution, installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labor and all other costs associated with processing the transaction.
When can I pick up my tickets?
Will Call tickets are available for pick-up about an hour before doors day of show. For print at home or mobile, a physical print-out works or we can scan the ticket directly from your phone. If you won tickets or are on a guest list, you can pick up your ticket about 30 minutes before doors, but occasionally guest lists aren't turned in until last minute. To claim tickets under your name, you will need to provide a form of ID.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed. You will automatically be notified if this occurs as long as you provide a valid email address when purchasing tickets. Refunds are not offered if the tour changes support or reschedules to a new date. If you have any questions, you can contact the Etix Customer Support team at 1-800-514-3849.
Does The Granada have a minor fee?
Every event is different, but most shows have a $2 surcharge at the door for anyone under 21. Re-entry is only allowed for 21 & over.
Can my band open up for a show at The Granada?
We work primarily with two local promoters who book the majority of our calendar. They're called Mammoth and Up To Eleven. To request to open for a show, email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit using this contact link: www.mammothlive.com/contact. Support for national tours must be approved by artist management, but the booking team will pass along the request and will follow up if there's an interest or opening slot. Please make sure to include links to your music and the date/show you're interested in playing.

What concessions are available?
We have three full service bars. We do not sell any food items.
Where can I sit?
Tickets are general admission so it is standing room only for most of our shows. For larger shows, we do offer reserved balcony seating. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for reservations.
Can I rent out The Granada for a private event?
You can email email@example.com for all rental inquiries. Please include the date(s) you'd like to rent the venue.
Can I smoke in your venue?
No. Smoking inside the venue or within 10 feet of any public entrance is prohibited by the City of Lawrence. Vaping is also not allowed and is against fire code.
What is the re-entry policy?
Re-entry is allowed with a 21 & over wristband, but there is no re-entry for under 21.
Is there a designated ADA viewing area?
We don't have a designated area, but the tiers in the venue provide for viewing areas on multiple levels. If you'd like assistance in finding a good spot or need to sit down for any reason, just ask a member of our staff and they'd be happy to help. In addition, anyone with a disability is welcome to come to the front of the line at doors.
There is a gender neutral / ADA accessible restroom in the main lounge.
Where can I park?
All parking along Massachusetts Street is public and you only have to pay the meter from 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Saturday. There are several parking lots with free or short term parking close to the venue including the New Hampshire Parking Garage (mid-block between 9th & 10th Street across from the Lawrence Arts Center). Can I bring a camera?
For the majority of our shows, professional cameras (SLR/detachable lens or external flash) are not allowed without a photo pass. Non-professional cameras (point & click) are usually okay, but please refrain from using a flash.
Items not allowed in the venue:
- Guns, knives or weapons of any kind, concealed or open carry
- Projectiles (squirting fake blood, silly string, etc.)
- Oversized costumes & accessories
- Outside food or drink (including alcohol) and containers including water bottles & flasks. No glass containers of any sort
- Illegal substances & drug paraphernalia
- Professional audio & video recording
- Backpacks & camelbaks. Clutches & purses are fine, but please keep them smaller in size.
- Blankets, folding chairs & umbrellas
- Hula hoops, laser pointers, poi & juggling sticks
- Bullhorns & any other kind of noise maker
- Confetti, glitter & streamers
- Pets (except for service animals)
- Large signs or banners
- Any item at security's discretion determined to be dangerous (i.e. fireworks, lengths of chain, spiked clothing or jewelry, etc)
